Re tool yourselves to survive the crisis. Middle aged people are studying again to re tool but would it be too late to do that. Some MBA candidates are now comtemplating on going into their own business and not think of joining big companies with their degree on hand.

with the current financial crisis, its best to reinvent yourself. many are thrown out of work and now suffering financially. to many, employment in a similar field is the option they are looking at.

seen in CNN just days ago, a guy from pakistan works as a stockbroker during the day but works also as a restaurant manager at night.
